Curtain Headings

Headings are a major consideration when choosing how your curtains will look. They affect everything from fullness, to how the fabric will be displayed and how they look when pulled open or closed.  It will be important in relation to what type of tracking system you want to use and may even dictate this.

Perhaps traditionally the most widely used and popular heading style.  With beautiful deep sharp tightly drawn even pleats, this heading will suit any style of curtain and room design.

French Pleat
Classic and timeless.  An elegant deep triple pleat fold allows fabric to drape beautifully for a more formal look.

 heading_styles_003_1.jpg Twin Pleat
Using only a double pleat, this elegant look gives any room a modern twist on the classic style, simplifying the style and possibly saving on fabic quantities.

 heading_styles_004.jpg Eyelet Pleat
A modern and stylish alternative to traditional heading types. Eyelet pleat achieves a simple industrial look with a range of colours so you can create anything from fun colourful childrens room to simply stated living style.

 cs_goblet_pleat.jpg Goblet Pleat
As the name suggests this style is designed to imitate a goblet, with a wide circular opening at the top narrowing down to a waist, adding a little decadence with the feel of classical charm.

Reverse/box Pleat
A sleek up to date look with the box pleat on the reverse side giving a smooth finish to front. Wonderful for showcasing large patterned fabrics. This pleat requires extra stacking space as it is rather bulky when pulled open.
